Over the last 2 years HCC Pty Ltd has completed the second fix carpentry in the first 5 stages of the development. This year we will be completing the 2nd fix carpentry in stages 6 and 7, which will see us complete over 150 units.

We are in the process of completing the 2nd fix carpentry work in 73 townhouses in the Calleya Estate.

At the end of 2020 HCC Pty Ltd constructed 4 transportable homes for Holtro Modular. We completed all aspects of carpentry including levelling the floors, constructing framework and roofs, installing windows, external cladding, decking and ballustrades.
